Leandra Williams

Leandra Nisbet, Managing Member

Business Advisor & Fraud Prevention Specialist

Leandra has over 14 years experience in leadership, sales & marketing and graphic design. She obtained her B.B.A. with a dual major in Business Administration and Computer Technology from Davenport University. She also earned her MBA there with a Strategic Business Management concentration and successfully completed a Forensic Accounting program.

In addition to owning and managing Stingray Advisory Group, Leandra also co-owns and serves as a Lead Designer at Gold Leaf Designs, a local graphic design studio (www.goldleafdesignsllc.com). Prior to launching these companies, Leandra worked in banking and finance for over eight years. While there, she aided small business clients by providing solutions to improve day-to-day operations and overall efficiency as well as enhance cash flow management.


Leandra has a passion for working with entrepreneurs and serving as both a resource and long term partner. She is actively involved in the community sitting on the Grand Rapids Inventors Network (GRIN) board as well as serving on the advisory council for the Michigan Women's Foundation and Finance Committee for the Women's Resource Center. Previous roles include service with: Grand Rapids Young Professionals (GRYP), Grand Rapids Area Professionals For Excellence (GRAPE) and Grand Rapids Opportunities for Women (GROW). Additionally, she is a graduate of the GRACC CCL's Emerging Leaders Series, the Michigan Nonprofit Association's Leadership With Purpose program and YNPN's Build Your Own Momentum professional development program. Leandra is also an Adjunct Professor.

Lisset Burkett

Lisset Burkett, Executive Assistant

Lisset is a reliable, efficient and dedicated multitasker with over five years experience in administrative roles. She brings well-rounded experience in clerical & administrative support, sales, and customer service to this role. Lisset is creative, positive and highly approachable. Her primary functions include: handling client communications, performing research and managing the administrative functions for our team.

Stephanie Dallman, Integrated Marketing Communications Specialist

Stephanie Dallman is a seasoned and enthusiastic communications professional who is driven by helping non-profit organizations and small businesses enhance their presence in the digital marketing world. With a background in public relations and integrated communications, she offers clients a multitude of services ranging from social media management, graphic design, digital media strategy, content development and more.

Stephanie holds a B.S. in public relations from Ferris State University (Go Bulldogs!), where she once was university’s chapter president of the Public Relations Student Society of America.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her pets, Leo, Penny, and Walter, being outdoors, and taking classes at The Dailey Method –a barre fitness studio.

Emily Walters, Marketing Strategist

Emily has over 7 years experience working on marketing strategy and brand management in both the philanthropic/nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Specifically, she has experience with brand positioning and management, customer segment research, strategic and design thinking, project management, event coordination, digital marketing, graphic design, & print and packaging design/production. Emily has her Bachelor's degree in public and nonprofit administration and an MBA, both from Grand Valley State University.

Matthew Cavender, Digital Communications Intern

Matthew has a very outgoing personality and a passion for meaningfully engaging with a wide variety of people. After two years of service as the President of Michigan Tech’s hockey fan club, Mitch’s Misfits, this should come as no surprise. Through his education at Michigan Technological University and his experiences as the leader of one of the University’s most visible student organizations, Matthew has firsthand knowledge of a multitude of communication platforms, how to work well with others, and handle stressful situations with a smile on his face. When he isn’t working, Matthew can often be found playing hockey, supporting local sports teams of all age groups, and enjoying the company of his family and friends. Matthew will graduate this coming December with a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Culture, and Media.
